How long does it take to receive my items?

Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are final. Attempting a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our network.

How do I claim my custom rank or tag?

After your purchase is complete, please join our Discord and open a Custom Rank Ticket. Provide your Transaction ID and the specific name or colors you want for your tag. A staff member will then process your request and apply the rank to your account manually.

How do I get help with the server or report a bug?

For any general help, bug reports, or player concerns, please join our Discord and open a ticket in the appropriate channel. This is the fastest way to get a response from our staff team and ensures your request doesn't get lost in-game chat.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of global and local methods through our checkout, including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo. We also support local options like iDeal, Paysafecard, and various gift cards.

Can I pay with Cryptocurrency?
